Tai Chi Courses

In the courses, you will learn gentle movements that will help you to reduce your stress and improve your health. Don't forget to check out our Workshops.

It is recommended that you register at least 5 days before the start of a course because if there is insufficient registration, the course will be cancelled several days before the start date.
